We partnered with a large, mission-driven organization to design the foundation of its AI strategy—ensuring the approach was not only technically sound, but also rooted in ethical leadership, staff readiness, and long-term impact. The engagement included leadership training on AI risks and opportunities, collaborative development of their AI mission statement, and hands-on implementation of tailored GPT assistants. Our work empowered teams across departments to explore AI with clarity, safety, and relevance.
